The read

  • 430 of 642 cascades complete the task in at least 90% of calls, and the top 10 sit within 1 point of each other. What separates the top stacks is speed and cost.
  • Median response time runs from 2.0 s to 6.2 s on the same agent and the same caller, a spread of 4.2 s that comes entirely from the models behind it.
  • No stack wins everything. The fastest, Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) + Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 + ElevenLabs Turbo v2.5 at 2.0 s, ranks 559 of 642 on task completion; the most complete is Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) + OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol + OpenAI TTS-1 HD at 99%.
  • The language model matters most: swapping it moves task completion by 7 points, against 3 for the speech engine and 2 for the transcriber.
  • The fastest speech-to-speech model answers 0.1 s sooner than the fastest cascade, and its completion rate sits 12 points below the best cascade.

Cascade vs Speech-to-Speech

The first choice to make. A cascade chains three models: one transcribes, one decides what to say, one speaks. A speech-to-speech model does all three at once. Both run the same agent on the same calls here.

  • Cascades lead on task completion, tool use, time to first word, barge-in handling and cost per task; speech-to-speech leads on response time. Neither wins outright, so the right choice depends on what your calls need.
  • Speech-to-speech costs 1.6 times as much per completed task: $0.24 for speech-to-speech against $0.15 for cascades.
  • The biggest difference is response time: 3.8 s for cascades against 2.1 s for speech-to-speech.

The three strongest of each, averaged. Cascades: AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro + OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol + Rime Coda; Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) + OpenAI GPT-4.1 + Rime Coda; AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro + Google Gemini 3.8 Flash + Rime Coda. Speech-to-speech: grok-voice-think-fast-2.0; gpt-live-1 (backend gpt-6-luna); grok-voice-3.0. Each measure is scored 0 to 100 on its own scale, further out is better; the table gives the same figures in their own units.

Which to use

  • Choose speech-to-speech when the pause matters more than the outcome: short transactional calls, callers who interrupt, queues where every half second costs you callers. Expect to pay more, and choose the model carefully (grok-voice-3.0 leads here).
  • Choose a cascade when the call has to complete, when cost matters, or when you need to see which stage to fix. It is 12 points ahead on task completion here.
  • Costs are what each stack’s providers charged for these calls, at the rates in effect when they ran. Telephony and hosting are not included.

Speech-to-Text

The transcriber turns the caller's speech into text. It decides what the agent thinks it heard, and nothing after it can start until it finishes.

  • AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro, AssemblyAI Universal-3.5 Pro, Deepgram Nova-3 and Speechmatics Enhanced (realtime) are level: none leads by more than the margin of error. Of them, AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro costs least, at $0.030 a call. Avoid Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD): last on semantic word error rate (2.2%).
  • Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) delivers its transcript in 0.49 s, OpenAI Whisper-1 in 1.93 s: 1.44 s added to every turn of the call.
  • AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro is the most accurate: it changes the meaning of 0.9% of the caller's words, against 2.2% for Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD).
  • In 341 of 648 cascades the transcriber is the slowest step of the turn, whichever model runs it.

Language model

The language model decides what the agent says and does. It has the most influence on whether the task gets done, and usually takes the largest share of each turn.

  • Pick OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol: it leads on task completion (95%), tool use (77%) and instruction following (4.2 / 5). If speed matters more, Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 is the quickest, at 0.36 s, and completes 91%. Avoid OpenAI GPT-4o: last on task completion (88%).
  • Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 starts answering in 0.36 s, Google Gemini 3.8 Flash in 1.47 s: 1.11 s added to every turn of the call.
  • OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol uses its tools most reliably: it handles its tools without a mistake on 77% of calls, against 38% for OpenAI GPT-5.1.
  • In 161 of 648 cascades the language model is the slowest step of the turn, whichever model runs it.

Speech-to-Speech models

One model listens, reasons and speaks, so there is nothing to swap and no stages to split. Each is judged on the whole call, with the same calls and the same scoring as every cascade.

  • The model matters as much as the architecture: xAI Grok Voice 3.0 completes 87% of tasks, ElevenLabs Realtime v1 Mini 42%.
  • xAI Grok Voice 3.0 answers in 1.9 s against 4.2 s for Google Gemini 2.5 Flash native audio.
  • Price varies as much as quality: $0.06 per completed task for Amazon Nova 2 Sonic, $0.69 for OpenAI GPT Realtime 2.

The evidence behind the model boards: each combination on its own calls, scored on the same recipe. Open a stack for its full report, every figure it was scored on and the calls behind them.

Roark score, top 15

Whiskers show the 95% interval. The shaded stacks tie for first: these calls cannot separate them.

Each score carries its 95% margin of error. A rank is the best place a stack could hold once every margin is allowed for, so stacks the calls cannot tell apart share one and are listed by the low end of their margin; hover a rank for the worst place it could hold. 85 stacks are level with the leader: their calls cannot tell them apart. Among them, 36 OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol, 22 Anthropic Claude Sonnet 5.5, 19 Google Gemini 3.8 Flash, 4 speech-to-speech, 3 Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 and 1 OpenAI GPT-4o mini; 42 AssemblyAI, 20 Deepgram and 19 Speechmatics; 37 Cartesia, 36 ElevenLabs, 7 Rime and 1 OpenAI. A cascade's figures are 25% its own calls and 75% what every other stack shows about its transcriber, language model and voice. Not ranked here for missing data: Speechmatics Linden-1 + OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol + OpenAI TTS-1 HD (no response time or tool use or readback accuracy or voice consistency).

Loading every stack

By industry

Each industry ranked on its own calls: the same five callers, its own tasks and tools. A stack has a handful of calls in each, so a cascade is ranked on what its transcriber, language model and voice show across every stack in that industry, and a speech-to-speech model on its own calls there. Pairings show on the main board. Each row reads across: the main board's figure first, then every industry's on the same figure.

No stack matches these filters.

No stack matches

Each industry column is that industry's own board, every row it ranks. A dash is a row the industry does not rank on this figure; the arrow beside an industry opens its full board.

How it works

Every number on this page comes from real phone calls, placed and scored the same way for every stack.

01

Real calls, four industries, five callers

Roark places real phone calls over the public phone network to a reference agent for each of four industries: rescheduling a clinic appointment, booking an urgent home repair, opening an auto insurance claim and fixing an internet outage. Each agent has its own prompt and tools, identical for every stack. The tasks carry the details real calls trip on: a corrected date of birth, a policy number spelled out, a constraint added halfway through.

Every industry is called by the same five simulated callers: a quiet US English line, a Spanish-accented caller on a city street, an Indian English caller in a busy café, a flustered Southern caller with a baby crying, and a fast caller who interrupts over construction noise. They are equally clear about what they want, so a call fails because of the agent, not the caller. Only the models change, so any difference on the board comes from them.

Each caller rings each industry once for a cascade and four times for a speech-to-speech model. A cascade's figures also draw on its parts, heard in dozens of other stacks; a speech-to-speech model has only its own calls, so it takes more of them.

That makes industries comparable over the same callers, and callers over the same tasks, and the board can be re-ranked by either. One caller within one industry is too few calls to judge, so the board never shows it.

02

Every model, in every combination

9 transcribers, 8 language models and 9 voices are run in every combination with each other, beside 14 speech-to-speech models. A model's own figures pool every stack it runs in, adjusted for its partners in each one, so every model is compared as if it ran with the same partners. A transcriber's figure rests on hundreds of calls with every language model and every voice, not on one lucky pairing.

That measures a model where it actually works: inside a running agent, on live phone audio, through interruptions, corrections and real turn-taking. A test that feeds a model clean audio files or one prompt at a time never sees any of that.

03

One score, weighted by what matters on a call

Each section ranks on a Roark score. Every figure scores 0 to 100 between two published points: full marks where doing better makes no difference to the caller, zero where the call breaks down. Each then counts at its weight, and the weights follow one order everywhere: whether the caller got what they rang for, then whether the agent got it right, then speed.

A stack, cascade or speech-to-speech, is scored on the outcome and the reply first, then on what each of its components got right on its own calls: the words its transcriber got wrong in a way that changes the meaning, whether its voice read codes and amounts back right and kept one steady voice, and whether its tools were handled. How human a voice sounds is shown on the boards and not scored. A component that leads its section lifts every stack that carries it, by the same recipe for every stack. A figure a stack cannot carry, such as a semantic word error rate for a speech-to-speech model with no transcript, is credited at the field median, so the stack is neither flattered nor punished for it.

On a full sweep each cascade's figure is 25% what its own calls measured and 75% what every other stack shows about its transcriber, language model and voice, fitted across the whole sweep. The split is the same for every stack, so a lucky run does not lead and a stack's score does not move with how noisy its calls were. In an industry a stack has a handful of calls, so a cascade's figure there is what its transcriber, language model and voice show across every stack in that industry's calls, and a speech-to-speech model's is its own calls there. How a particular pairing beats or misses its parts shows on the main board, where each stack has all of its calls. The best overall, best value and best speech-to-speech picks, and the best stack in each industry, are each the one whose score is highest at the low end of its margin of error, so a few lucky calls cannot carry a stack past one whose score rests on hundreds. Stacks that share a rank are listed by score, so the pick can sit below a higher score it cannot be told from, and its reason says how many stacks are level with it.

That order comes from real-world voice agent calls, where getting the conversation right predicts how a call ends more strongly than speed does. The latency points come from the same calls: replying faster than about 2 seconds made no measurable difference, and calls went measurably worse once the agent took more than about 3 seconds to reply.

Every call recorded and judged

Every call is recorded. Judge models score each transcript for the outcome and the conversation, and the timings come from the recording. Every figure links to the calls behind it.

Roark is on both sides of every call: it plays the caller, so it keeps the exact text its caller said, and it runs the agent under test, so it sees what the agent’s transcriber heard and what its model wrote for its voice. The transcript and voice figures come from lining those up, with no hand-made transcript in between. Each carries a margin from the synthetic voice or Roark’s transcriber in the loop. Every model faces the same ones under the same conditions, so the figures compare models on the same calls through the same voice and the same ear, though those slips need not fall evenly on each model. The rates will not match a vendor’s figure on a curated set; read them against each other.

Customer support

AGENTBrightwave Internet support, this is Alex. What’s going on with your service?

CUSTOMERHey, um, hi Alex. Sorry, I'm a little frazzled. My baby's crying in the background, so I apologize if I sound scattered. I work from home and my internet's It's been down for about 2 hours now. There's a road crew digging up the street outside, and I'm worried that might have messed something up. I already rebooted the gateway twice and checked all the cables, but the internet light's blinking Orange. Can you help me figure out what's going on? And is that road crew the reason for the outage?

AGENTNo need to apologize, let's get this sorted out. I'll need to pull up your account first. Can you give me your account number, or the phone number on the account?

CUSTOMEROh, thank you. I appreciate that. My account number is BW883017. Wait, sorry, last digit is 1. My phone number is 660-386-1065. Is that enough to find it? Let me know if you need anything else.

AGENTThe caller gave the account number as BW883017 and then corrected it: "last digit is 1". So the corrected account number is BW883011.

CUSTOMERYes, sorry, that should be it. BW883011. Is that okay? Please tell me you can pull it up.

AGENTI found it. Your account number is BW883011, on the Brightwave 500 plan. I haven't checked for an outage yet, so I'll do that now. I'll also start the remote reset the line test recommended.

AGENTNow that there's no outage on record, I'll run the remote reset.

CUSTOMERGo ahead, please. Just so you know, I already rebooted the gateway twice and checked all the cables myself, but if you need to reset it remotely, that's fine. Let me know what to look for while you do it.

AGENTGood news: the remote reset worked. Your gateway now shows as registered and online on our end. What I found: - Account: BW883011, Brightwave 500 plan. - Outage: None. There's no known outage or maintenance in your area, so I can't say the road crew caused this. The line test showed a good signal to your gateway, but the gateway had dropped off our network ("not registered"). That would explain the blinking orange light. - Line test: The signal from our network to your home is good. I can't tell you whether the road crew had anything to do with it. What to look for: Give it about two minutes to fully reconnect. The internet light should go from blinking orange to solid, usually white or green. Then try loading a page or reconnecting your work laptop. If the light is still orange after a few minutes or you still have no connection, tell me and I'll set up a technician visit. Otherwise you shouldn't need one. Can you check the light and let me know?

CUSTOMERThe light just went solid white now. Is that a good sign? How long until my devices are going to reconnect? I just want to make sure everything's back up before I start working again.

AGENTYes, solid white is a good sign. It means the gateway is connected and online, which matches what I saw on our end after the reset. Your devices should reconnect within about two minutes of the reset. If your laptop doesn't pick it up on its own, turn its Wi-Fi off and back on, or restart it. Then load a page or two, and if you use a VPN or video calls for work, make sure those connect as well before you start. If the light drops back to orange or the connection won't hold, let me know right away and I'll set up a technician visit. Otherwise, you're all set. Can you check that your laptop is back online?

CUSTOMERI'll try that now. Just a sec. Um, okay. Looks like my laptop's picking up the Wi-Fi again, and I got a page to load. I think it's good now. Sorry, while I've got you, can I get a credit for the 2 hours my internet was down? I lost work time and I'd really appreciate it if you could help with that.

AGENTGlad you're back online. I can apply a credit for the downtime.

AGENTI applied

CUSTOMERThank you. I really— Sorry, uh, was there more you needed to say? I just want to be sure nothing gets missed. Could you tell me how much the credit will be? I lost 2 hours of work, so I'm hoping it's more than just a few dollars.

AGENTSorry, my last message got cut off. I applied a service credit of $10.00 to account BW883011 for the 2 hours of downtime. It will show up on your next bill. I know that may be less than you were hoping for given the work time you lost. That amount is what the system applied, and I can't change it or add to it from my end. Nothing else is outstanding. Your gateway is online, your laptop is connected, and no technician visit is needed. If the light goes back to orange or the connection drops again, contact us right away and we'll get a technician out. Is there anything else I can help with today?

CUSTOMERI appreciate you getting that sorted, but honestly, I lost 2 hours of work. Is there any way you could make it more than $10? If not, I understand, but I just wanted to ask. If that's okay. If that's all you can do, then I'm good for now. Thank you for your help, really. Goodbye.

AGENTIt's completely fine to ask. I can't raise the amount from my end, so the $10.00 credit on account BW883011 is what I can offer. It will appear on your next bill. If you'd like to take it further, you can ask about it through Brightwave's billing team. Your internet is back up. If the orange light returns or the connection drops, contact us and we'll send a technician. Take care, and I hope the rest of your day goes smoothly with the baby and work. Goodbye!

Healthcare

AGENTRiverbend Health Clinic, this is Alex. How can I help you today?

CUSTOMERHi, this is Jordan Ellis. I need to reschedule my dermatology appointment next Wednesday morning. I just found out I have a work shift then, so I can only come after 3 PM. Can you help me move it?

AGENTI can help with that, Jordan. First I need to verify your identity. Could you give me your full name as it appears on your record and your date of birth?

CUSTOMERSure, my full name is Jordan Ellis. My date of birth is March 17th, 1948. Sorry, no, 1984. March 17th, 1984.

AGENTThanks for the correction. I'll use March 17, 1984.

CUSTOMERRight, that's correct. So about moving the appointment, do you have any times after 3 PM available?

AGENTYou're verified, Jordan Ellis, born March 17, 1984. I see your dermatology appointment with Dr. Okafor next Wednesday at 9:15 AM. I'll check what's open.

CUSTOMERYeah.

AGENTDr. Okafor has two openings after 3 PM: - Tuesday at 3:45 PM. - Thursday at 4:10 PM. There's nothing open after 3 PM on Wednesday itself. Would either of those work for you?

CUSTOMERTuesdays don't actually work for me after all since I pick up my daughter then. What about Friday? If that's not available, I can do Thursday at 4:10 PM.

AGENTFriday's only opening is at 11:30 AM, which is before your 3 PM cutoff, so that one won't work. The Thursday slot at 4:10 PM fits everything you've told me. Would you like me to move your dermatology appointment with Dr. Okafor from next Wednesday at 9:15 AM to Thursday at 4:10 PM?

CUSTOMERYes, that's exactly right. Please move it to Thursday at 4:10 PM. Is there a fee for changing the appointment?

AGENTI'll make the change and check the fee policy.

AGENTThe policy says changes more than 24 hours ahead are free, so I'll go ahead with the move.

CUSTOMEROkay, where should I park when I arrive?

AGENTYour appointment is moved, Jordan. Your dermatology appointment with Dr. Okafor is now Thursday at 4:10 PM, and your confirmation code is RVB-3M8P2. Please arrive 15 minutes early with your photo ID and insurance card. On the fee: changes made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free, and since this change is well ahead of your original Wednesday slot, you shouldn't be charged. For parking, there's free patient parking in Lot C, with the entrance on River Road. Your appointment is at Main Campus, Building B. Is there anything else I can help with?

CUSTOMERYeah, does Dr. Okafor accept Aetna insurance?

AGENTI don't have any information on which insurance plans Dr. Okafor or the clinic accepts, so I can't confirm Aetna either way. The best way to find out is to call the clinic's front desk or check with Aetna directly. Bring your insurance card to your appointment as well. Is there anything else I can help with?

CUSTOMERNo, that covers everything. Thanks for your help. Goodbye.

AGENTYou're welcome, Jordan. Your appointment is Thursday at 4:10 PM with Dr. Okafor, confirmation code RVB-3M8P2. Goodbye!

Home services

AGENTCopperline Home Services, this is Alex. What can I help you with?

CUSTOMERHi, I've got a burst pipe under my kitchen sink. Water is spreading across the floor toward a power strip. I need someone out here fast!

AGENTSafety first. Please do these right now: 1. Stay away

CUSTOMERYeah, I—

CUSTOMERYep, I know. Stay clear of the water and the power strip. I'm moving everything away. What do I need to do next?

AGENTGood. Here's what to do next: 1. Shut off the

CUSTOMERRight.

CUSTOMERI'm shutting the water off now. Okay, it stopped. What's the next step?

AGENTGood, that's the most important step. If you can do it without stepping into standing water, unplug the power strip or switch off the kitchen breaker. If the water is already touching the strip or outlet, don't touch it. Leave the breaker for the technician and keep everyone out of the kitchen. Let me pull up your account. What's the best phone number for you, or the service address?

CUSTOMERYeah, the water's not touching the strip yet, so I'll unplug it now. My address is 1480 Larkspur Avenue, Unit 4D. My best number is 503-555-0139.

CUSTOMERNo, 0193.

AGENTThanks, I'll use 503-555-0193. Let me look you up and check availability.

AGENTI'll also look up your account.

CUSTOMERNeed someone out here as soon as possible. How much will the visit cost?

AGENTThe earliest emergency window today is 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. I found your account, and you're a Copperline Care member, so the emergency callout is $99 instead of the standard $149.

CUSTOMERAll right, can anyone come before 2? I really need the earliest possible slot.

AGENTI only see one emergency window today, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. That's the earliest the system offers, and I can't promise anything sooner. The water is off and the strip is unplugged, so you're in a safe holding position until then. One thing to check: your account lists the unit as 4B, but you told me 4D.

CUSTOMERRight, I moved last month. It's unit 4D now, not 4B. Please update that. Who will be coming, and how will I know they're on the way? I need the ticket number too.

AGENTUnderstood, I'll use 4D for this visit. I don't have a technician's name or an arrival alert system to quote, so I can't promise either. Is there a gate code or any access instructions the technician needs? Then I'll open the ticket and book the 2:00 to 4:00 PM window at the $99 member callout. Is that fee okay with you?

CUSTOMERYep.

CUSTOMERGate code is #2719. Just need the ticket number, then I'm good.

AGENTThe fee is agreed, so I'll open the ticket now.

CUSTOMERJust waiting for the ticket number.

AGENTYour ticket number is CPL-58210. You're booked for today, 2:00 PM

CUSTOMERRight.

CUSTOMERGot it.

CUSTOMERCPL-58210. Thanks for your help. Goodbye.

AGENTYou're welcome. Here's the full confirmation: - Ticket: CPL-58210. -

AGENTAddress: 1480 Larkspur Avenue, Unit 4D. - Gate code: #2719. - Callback number: 503-555-0193. - Window: today, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. - Fee: $99 emergency callout (Copperline Care member rate). Insurance

AGENTNorthgate Mutual claims, this is Alex. Are you somewhere safe right now?

CUSTOMERYes, I am safe. I am calling from a cafe, just handling the claim for my car accident.

AGENTI'm glad you're safe. I'm sorry about the accident. Was anyone hurt, including you, any passengers, or the other driver? If anyone is injured and needs help, please call 911 first. If no one is hurt, I can get started on your claim.

CUSTOMERNobody is hurt. I'm just standing next to the car. Kindly go ahead.

AGENTGood to hear that no one is hurt. To pull up your policy, I need your policy number and the last name of the policyholder.

CUSTOMERSure, the policy number is NG4471903. No, sorry, last one is 2. The last name is Mehta.

AGENTThanks. I'll use the corrected number, NG4471902.

CUSTOMEROkay, that's right.

AGENTThank you, Mr. Mehta. I've verified policy NG4471902 for a 2021 Honda CR-V. Next, a few details about the accident: 1. When did it happen (date and approximate time)? 2. Where did it happen? A street address or nearest intersection is fine. 3. What happened, in your own words?

CUSTOMERAbout 20 minutes ago, I was stopped at a red light at SE 5th Avenue and Alder Street, and another car hit the back of my car. The back bumper is crushed and the rear The rear wheel is rubbing, so I cannot drive it. Police did not come.

AGENTThank you, that's a clear picture. Since the rear wheel is rubbing and the car isn't safe to drive, I can arrange a tow once I have a few more details. Do you have the other driver's information? I need their name, their insurance company, and their license plate number. Also, what is today's date and the approximate time of the accident, so I can record it accurately?

CUSTOMERThe other driver is Kevin Lund, insured with Pacific Shore. The license plate is 7KX, like X-ray, R214. Today is June 12th, and the accident happened around 4:15 PM.

AGENTThank you. To confirm, the plate is 7-K-X-R-2-1-4 (7, K, X as in X-ray, R, 2, 1, 4). Is that right? I'll go ahead and open the claim and check your coverage at the same time.

CUSTOMERYes, that's right. Go ahead.

AGENTThank you for confirming the plate. I'm opening the claim now.

CUSTOMEROkay, kindly let me know the claim number once you have it. Also, please let me know how much I have to pay for this.

AGENTYour claim is open. Your claim number is NGM-904417 (N-G-M, 9-0-4-4-1-7). Your adjuster is Priya Shah, and the system says she will contact you within one business day. What you pay: Your policy has a $500 collision deductible. I can't tell you the total cost of the repair or how the other driver's insurer will be involved. Priya Shah can go over that with you. Other coverage on your policy: - Rental: $40

CUSTOMERBut he hit me, so I should not have to pay that, right? And will I get a rental car? Also, is my premium going to go up because of this?

AGENTI can only speak to what's on your policy. Fault and your premium are not things I can tell you. Deductible and fault: Your policy shows a $500 collision deductible. I can't say whether you'll end up paying it, because that depends on how fault is decided and on whether Pacific Shore, the other driver's insurer, pays for the damage. Priya Shah can explain how that works for your claim. Rental: Yes, your policy includes rental reimbursement. It pays $40 per day for up

CUSTOMERUh-huh. So where will my car be taken after the tow?

AGENTI don't have a destination for the car yet, and I don't want to guess. Your policy covers towing up to 25 miles, so I'd like to set that up now. Where is the car, and what's the best phone number for the tow driver to reach you? If you already have a repair shop in mind, tell me the name and address, and I'll make sure Priya Shah has it. She can confirm where the car should go.

CUSTOMERThe car is at SE 5th Avenue and Alder Street. You can have the tow driver call me at my number. It's 1307-392-9235. I do not I don't have a repair shop in mind yet, so please let Priya Shah confirm where the car should go.

AGENTThe phone number came through as 1307-392-9235, which

CUSTOMERYes, that's correct.

AGENTBefore I send the tow, I want to be sure I have your number right. "1307-392-9235" is 11 digits and doesn't fit the usual pattern, so I may have caught it wrong. Is this the number: 307-392-9235? If it's different, please give me the digits again, slowly, and I'll read them back.

CUSTOMERSure, it is 1307-392-9235.

AGENTThank you. I'll use the number exactly as you've given it, 1307-392-9235, and send the tow now.

CUSTOMEROkay, kindly let me know where the car will be taken once Priya Shah confirms. And thanks for your help. Goodbye.

AGENTThe tow is on the way. Eastside Towing is dispatched to SE 5th Avenue and Alder Street, with an estimated arrival

AGENTof 45 minutes. The driver will call you at 1307-392-9235. The system lists the destination as a Northgate partner repair shop at 9th and Morrison. Priya Shah can confirm that or change it, and I can't promise a change. I can't call you back with her answer. She is expected to contact you within one business day, so please ask her then. Your details: - Claim number: NGM-904417. - Policy number: NG4471902. - Other driver's plate: 7KXR214. - Adjuster: Priya Shah.
