The read

  • 430 of 642 cascades complete the task in at least 90% of calls, and the top 10 sit within 1 point of each other. What separates the top stacks is speed and cost.
  • Median response time runs from 2.0 s to 6.2 s on the same agent and the same caller, a spread of 4.2 s that comes entirely from the models behind it.
  • No stack wins everything. The fastest, Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) + Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 + ElevenLabs Turbo v2.5 at 2.0 s, ranks 559 of 642 on task completion; the most complete is Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) + OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol + OpenAI TTS-1 HD at 99%.
  • The language model matters most: swapping it moves task completion by 7 points, against 3 for the speech engine and 2 for the transcriber.
  • The fastest speech-to-speech model answers 0.1 s sooner than the fastest cascade, and its completion rate sits 12 points below the best cascade.

Cascade vs Speech-to-Speech

The first choice to make. A cascade chains three models: one transcribes, one decides what to say, one speaks. A speech-to-speech model does all three at once. Both run the same agent on the same calls here.

  • Cascades lead on task completion, tool use, time to first word, barge-in handling and cost per task; speech-to-speech leads on response time. Neither wins outright, so the right choice depends on what your calls need.
  • Speech-to-speech costs 1.6 times as much per completed task: $0.24 for speech-to-speech against $0.15 for cascades.
  • The biggest difference is response time: 3.8 s for cascades against 2.1 s for speech-to-speech.

The three strongest of each, averaged. Cascades: AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro + OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol + Rime Coda; Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) + OpenAI GPT-4.1 + Rime Coda; AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro + Google Gemini 3.8 Flash + Rime Coda. Speech-to-speech: grok-voice-think-fast-2.0; gpt-live-1 (backend gpt-6-luna); grok-voice-3.0. Each measure is scored 0 to 100 on its own scale, further out is better; the table gives the same figures in their own units.

Which to use

  • Choose speech-to-speech when the pause matters more than the outcome: short transactional calls, callers who interrupt, queues where every half second costs you callers. Expect to pay more, and choose the model carefully (grok-voice-3.0 leads here).
  • Choose a cascade when the call has to complete, when cost matters, or when you need to see which stage to fix. It is 12 points ahead on task completion here.
  • Costs are what each stack’s providers charged for these calls, at the rates in effect when they ran. Telephony and hosting are not included.

Speech-to-Text

The transcriber turns the caller's speech into text. It decides what the agent thinks it heard, and nothing after it can start until it finishes.

  • AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro, AssemblyAI Universal-3.5 Pro, Deepgram Nova-3 and Speechmatics Enhanced (realtime) are level: none leads by more than the margin of error. Of them, AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro costs least, at $0.030 a call. Avoid Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD): last on semantic word error rate (2.2%).
  • Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD) delivers its transcript in 0.49 s, OpenAI Whisper-1 in 1.93 s: 1.44 s added to every turn of the call.
  • AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro is the most accurate: it changes the meaning of 0.9% of the caller's words, against 2.2% for Speechmatics Linden-1 (own VAD).
  • In 341 of 648 cascades the transcriber is the slowest step of the turn, whichever model runs it.

Language model

The language model decides what the agent says and does. It has the most influence on whether the task gets done, and usually takes the largest share of each turn.

  • Pick OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol: it leads on task completion (95%), tool use (77%) and instruction following (4.2 / 5). If speed matters more, Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 is the quickest, at 0.36 s, and completes 91%. Avoid OpenAI GPT-4o: last on task completion (88%).
  • Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 starts answering in 0.36 s, Google Gemini 3.8 Flash in 1.47 s: 1.11 s added to every turn of the call.
  • OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol uses its tools most reliably: it handles its tools without a mistake on 77% of calls, against 38% for OpenAI GPT-5.1.
  • In 161 of 648 cascades the language model is the slowest step of the turn, whichever model runs it.

Speech-to-Speech models

One model listens, reasons and speaks, so there is nothing to swap and no stages to split. Each is judged on the whole call, with the same calls and the same scoring as every cascade.

  • The model matters as much as the architecture: xAI Grok Voice 3.0 completes 87% of tasks, ElevenLabs Realtime v1 Mini 42%.
  • xAI Grok Voice 3.0 answers in 1.9 s against 4.2 s for Google Gemini 2.5 Flash native audio.
  • Price varies as much as quality: $0.06 per completed task for Amazon Nova 2 Sonic, $0.69 for OpenAI GPT Realtime 2.

Every stack

The evidence behind the model boards: each combination on its own calls, scored on the same recipe. Open a stack for its full report, every figure it was scored on and the calls behind them.

Roark score, top 15

Whiskers show the 95% interval. The shaded stacks tie for first: these calls cannot separate them.

Each score carries its 95% margin of error. A rank is the best place a stack could hold once every margin is allowed for, so stacks the calls cannot tell apart share one and are listed by the low end of their margin; hover a rank for the worst place it could hold. 85 stacks are level with the leader: their calls cannot tell them apart. Among them, 36 OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol, 22 Anthropic Claude Sonnet 5.5, 19 Google Gemini 3.8 Flash, 4 speech-to-speech, 3 Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 and 1 OpenAI GPT-4o mini; 42 AssemblyAI, 20 Deepgram and 19 Speechmatics; 37 Cartesia, 36 ElevenLabs, 7 Rime and 1 OpenAI. A cascade's figures are 25% its own calls and 75% what every other stack shows about its transcriber, language model and voice. Not ranked here for missing data: Speechmatics Linden-1 + OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol + OpenAI TTS-1 HD (no response time or tool use or readback accuracy or voice consistency).

Loading every stack

By industry

Each industry ranked on its own calls: the same five callers, its own tasks and tools. A stack has a handful of calls in each, so a cascade is ranked on what its transcriber, language model and voice show across every stack in that industry, and a speech-to-speech model on its own calls there. Pairings show on the main board. Each row reads across: the main board's figure first, then every industry's on the same figure.

No stack matches these filters.

No stack matches

Each industry column is that industry's own board, every row it ranks. A dash is a row the industry does not rank on this figure; the arrow beside an industry opens its full board.

How it works

Every number on this page comes from real phone calls, placed and scored the same way for every stack.

01

Real calls, four industries, five callers

Roark places real phone calls over the public phone network to a reference agent for each of four industries: rescheduling a clinic appointment, booking an urgent home repair, opening an auto insurance claim and fixing an internet outage. Each agent has its own prompt and tools, identical for every stack. The tasks carry the details real calls trip on: a corrected date of birth, a policy number spelled out, a constraint added halfway through.

Every industry is called by the same five simulated callers: a quiet US English line, a Spanish-accented caller on a city street, an Indian English caller in a busy café, a flustered Southern caller with a baby crying, and a fast caller who interrupts over construction noise. They are equally clear about what they want, so a call fails because of the agent, not the caller. Only the models change, so any difference on the board comes from them.

Each caller rings each industry once for a cascade and four times for a speech-to-speech model. A cascade's figures also draw on its parts, heard in dozens of other stacks; a speech-to-speech model has only its own calls, so it takes more of them.

That makes industries comparable over the same callers, and callers over the same tasks, and the board can be re-ranked by either. One caller within one industry is too few calls to judge, so the board never shows it.

02

Every model, in every combination

9 transcribers, 8 language models and 9 voices are run in every combination with each other, beside 14 speech-to-speech models. A model's own figures pool every stack it runs in, adjusted for its partners in each one, so every model is compared as if it ran with the same partners. A transcriber's figure rests on hundreds of calls with every language model and every voice, not on one lucky pairing.

That measures a model where it actually works: inside a running agent, on live phone audio, through interruptions, corrections and real turn-taking. A test that feeds a model clean audio files or one prompt at a time never sees any of that.

03

One score, weighted by what matters on a call

Each section ranks on a Roark score. Every figure scores 0 to 100 between two published points: full marks where doing better makes no difference to the caller, zero where the call breaks down. Each then counts at its weight, and the weights follow one order everywhere: whether the caller got what they rang for, then whether the agent got it right, then speed.

A stack, cascade or speech-to-speech, is scored on the outcome and the reply first, then on what each of its components got right on its own calls: the words its transcriber got wrong in a way that changes the meaning, whether its voice read codes and amounts back right and kept one steady voice, and whether its tools were handled. How human a voice sounds is shown on the boards and not scored. A component that leads its section lifts every stack that carries it, by the same recipe for every stack. A figure a stack cannot carry, such as a semantic word error rate for a speech-to-speech model with no transcript, is credited at the field median, so the stack is neither flattered nor punished for it.

On a full sweep each cascade's figure is 25% what its own calls measured and 75% what every other stack shows about its transcriber, language model and voice, fitted across the whole sweep. The split is the same for every stack, so a lucky run does not lead and a stack's score does not move with how noisy its calls were. In an industry a stack has a handful of calls, so a cascade's figure there is what its transcriber, language model and voice show across every stack in that industry's calls, and a speech-to-speech model's is its own calls there. How a particular pairing beats or misses its parts shows on the main board, where each stack has all of its calls. The best overall, best value and best speech-to-speech picks, and the best stack in each industry, are each the one whose score is highest at the low end of its margin of error, so a few lucky calls cannot carry a stack past one whose score rests on hundreds. Stacks that share a rank are listed by score, so the pick can sit below a higher score it cannot be told from, and its reason says how many stacks are level with it.

That order comes from real-world voice agent calls, where getting the conversation right predicts how a call ends more strongly than speed does. The latency points come from the same calls: replying faster than about 2 seconds made no measurable difference, and calls went measurably worse once the agent took more than about 3 seconds to reply.

On a full sweep, a cascade's figure is 25% what its own calls (20 or more) measured and 75% what every other stack shows about its transcriber, language model and voice, the same split for every stack, so a lucky run does not lead. Where the sweep is too small for that, and for a speech-to-speech model, the figure is the stack's own. Every call recorded and judged

Every call is recorded. Judge models score each transcript for the outcome and the conversation, and the timings come from the recording. Every figure links to the calls behind it.

Roark is on both sides of every call: it plays the caller, so it keeps the exact text its caller said, and it runs the agent under test, so it sees what the agent’s transcriber heard and what its model wrote for its voice. The transcript and voice figures come from lining those up, with no hand-made transcript in between. Each carries a margin from the synthetic voice or Roark’s transcriber in the loop. Every model faces the same ones under the same conditions, so the figures compare models on the same calls through the same voice and the same ear, though those slips need not fall evenly on each model. The rates will not match a vendor’s figure on a curated set; read them against each other.

Customer support

AGENTBrightwave Internet support, this is Alex. What’s going on with your service?

CUSTOMERHi, uh, sorry, I'm a little flustered. My baby's crying right now and I work from home. My internet's been down for about 2 hours and there's a road crew digging up the street outside. I already rebooted the gateway twice and checked all the cables, but the internet light is blinking orange. Is the roadwork causing this? I really need to get back online. My account number's BW 88301, and sorry, last digit is 1. Can you check what's going on?

AGENTNo need to apologize. I'll look up your account now.

AGENTFound it. I'll check for an outage and run a line test.

AGENTI should have checked for an outage first, so I'm doing that now before going any further.

CUSTOMERAlright, uh, thanks for checking. I just really hope it's not something inside since I already restarted everything twice. Is there any update yet?

AGENTGood news: the remote reset worked, and your gateway now shows as registered and online. Give it about two minutes to finish reconnecting, then the internet light should go solid and your devices should connect. Your account number is BW-88301, with the last digit 1 as you said. Our system has it as BW-883011. Once you've had a couple of minutes, can you check whether you're back online? If it's still down or the light is still orange, tell me and I'll set up a technician visit.

CUSTOMERActually, the light just went solid white right now. Is that a good sign? How long does it usually take for my devices to reconnect after the light turns white? Sorry, I just want to make sure everything's right. working before I get back to work, and, uh, I lost 2 hours. Can I get a credit for the downtime?

AGENTYes, a solid white light is a good sign. It means the gateway is connected and online. Devices usually reconnect within a minute or two after that. If one doesn't, turn its Wi-Fi off and on, or reconnect it to the network. Your account shows the gateway as registered, so you should be fine. Since you lost about 2 hours, I'll apply a credit now.

AGENTI've applied a $10.00

CUSTOMERAre you still there?

AGENTYes, I'm here, sorry about the cut-off. I applied a $10.00 service credit to account BW-883011 for the 2 hours of downtime, and it will show up on your next bill. Your gateway is registered and online, and the solid white light means you're connected. If any device is slow to reconnect, turn its Wi-Fi off and on. If the internet drops again or the light goes back to orange, contact us and I'll schedule a technician. Is everything working on your end now?

CUSTOMERSorry, I appreciate you applying the credit, but I lost 2 hours of work. Can you make it more than that? Is that possible?

AGENTI understand, losing 2 hours of work while looking after your baby is stressful. I can't raise the credit myself. My tools only let me apply the standard downtime credit, and I can't change the amount or add to it. The $10.00 on account BW-883011 is what I can do. If you want to ask for more, you can request a review from our billing team once your next bill posts. I can't promise what they'll decide, and I don't want to make up a process or a number for you. Is your internet working properly now?

CUSTOMERYeah, uh, the light's solid white and my laptop's back online. Thank you for your help. I'll check with billing about the credit. I appreciate you walking me through it. Goodbye.

Healthcare

AGENTRiverbend Health Clinic, this is Alex. How can I help you today?

CUSTOMERHey, uh, hi Alex. Sorry, I got a baby fussing in the background, so if you hear that, just ignore it. I'm Wade Carter. I need to reschedule my dermatologist appointment. dermatology appointment next Wednesday morning. I just found out I've got a work shift then, and I can only come after 3 PM. Is there any way you can help me move it?

AGENTNo problem, Wade, and no worries about the baby. I'll need to verify you first. Can you give me your full name and date of birth?

CUSTOMEROh sure, uh, it's Wade Carter. My date of birth is March 17th, 1948. Sorry, no, 1984. March 17th, 1984. Is that okay? Please tell me that's the right one.

AGENTNo problem, I'll use the corrected year: March 17th, 1984.

AGENTThanks, Wade, you're verified: Wade Carter, born March 17th, 1984. Let me pull up your appointments.

AGENTI found it: dermatology with Dr. Okafor, next Wednesday at 9:15 AM, Main Campus, Building B. Let me check for openings after 3 PM.

AGENTDr. Okafor has no openings next Wednesday after 3 PM. These are the nearby slots that are after 3 PM:

- Tuesday at 345 PM

- Thursday at 410 PM

Would either of those work, or would you rather I look at a different day?

CUSTOMERSorry, Tuesdays actually won't work for me after all. I pick up my daughter then, so I just can't make it. Could you check if there's anything on Friday after 3 PM? If not, I guess Thursday at 4:10 PM would be okay, but I'm hoping for Friday. Is that possible?

AGENTFriday's only opening with Dr. Okafor is at 11:30 AM, which is before your 3 PM cutoff, so there's nothing on Friday afternoon. The one slot that fits is Thursday at 4:10 PM. Do you want me to move your appointment there?

CUSTOMERUh, that should be fine. Sorry, I just want to make sure. Thursday at 4:10 PM, right? Is that definitely available? Please tell me it's locked in and nothing will get lost. Go ahead and move it if you can. Yes, let's go with Thursday at 4:10 PM. Could you just confirm that's really available and I won't lose my spot? Sorry, I just worry about things slipping through. Please move it if you can.

AGENTYes, Thursday at 4:10 PM came up as open with Dr. Okafor. I'll move it now, and I'll only call it confirmed once the system gives me the new code.

AGENTYou're all set, Wade. The system confirmed the move, so your spot is locked in

CUSTOMEROh, thank goodness. That's a relief.

CUSTOMERSorry, just want to double-check. Will there be any fee for changing the appointment like this? I really need to know before I show up.

AGENTLet me check the clinic's change policy so I give you the accurate answer.

AGENTGood news: changes made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free, and a later change would carry a $40 fee. Your appointment was next Wednesday and you're moving it well ahead of time, so there should be no fee for this change. Here are your updated details:

- PatientWade Carter, born March 17th, 1984

- ProviderDr. Okafor, dermatology

- New timeThursday at 4:10 PM

- LocationMain Campus, Building B

- Confirmation codeRVB-3M8P2

Please arrive 15 minutes early with a photo ID and your insurance card. Parking is free in Lot C, with the entrance on River Road. Is there anything else I can help you with?

CUSTOMERRelief about the fee. Thank you for explaining all that. Does Dr. Okafor accept Aetna insurance? I worry about this kind of stuff.

AGENTI can't confirm that, Wade. I don't have any information about which insurance plans Dr. Okafor or the clinic accept, and I don't want to guess on something that affects your bill. The most reliable way to find out is to call Aetna using the number on the back of your insurance card and ask whether Dr. Okafor is in network. You can also ask the front desk when you arrive. Since you'll be bringing your insurance card anyway, they can look at it then, but checking with Aetna beforehand will give you peace of mind. Is there anything else I can help you with today?

CUSTOMERI think that's all. Thank you. Sorry, just want to be extra sure. My appointment is Thursday at 4:10 PM. Confirmation code: RVB-3M8P2, right? Did I get all that right? Just want to make sure nothing gets mixed up. And thanks again for your help. Goodbye.

AGENTYes, that's all correct, Wade. Your dermatology appointment with Dr. Okafor is Thursday at 4:10 PM, and your confirmation code is RVB-3M8P2. That's R-V-B, 3, M, 8, P, 2. Remember to arrive 15 minutes early with your photo ID and insurance card. Take care, and good luck with the little one. Goodbye!

Home services

AGENTCopperline Home Services, this is Alex. What can I help you with?

CUSTOMERHi, I have a burst pipe under my kitchen sink. There's water all over the floor and it's getting close to a power strip. I haven't shut the water off yet. Can you send someone to help, please?

AGENTSafety first, before anything else:

1. Stay away from the power strip and any outlets near the water. Don't touch it or anything plugged into it while standing in water. 2. If you can reach your breaker panel without walking through the water, switch off the kitchen circuits, or the main breaker, to cut power to that area. 3. Shut off the water.

CUSTOMEROkay, I understand. I'll shut off the water now. Yeah, it stopped. So, um, can you send a plumber? And how much will this visit cost?

AGENTGlad the water is off. I'll pull up your account and check availability and fees now. Can you give me the phone number or street address on the account? Meanwhile, I'll check what's available

CUSTOMERSure. The address is 1480 Larkspur Avenue. My phone number is 503-555-0139— no, sorry, 0139. I moved last month, so I'm now in unit 4D, not 4B.

AGENTThanks, I'll use unit 4D. Let me look up your account and check emergency availability.

AGENTI still need to look up your account to see which fee applies.

CUSTOMEROkay, go ahead. I'll wait.

AGENTI've opened

CUSTOMERHello?

AGENTSorry

CUSTOMERRight, go ahead. What's the fee for the emergency visit?

AGENTBecause you're a Copperline Care member, the emergency callout is $99. The standard rate is $149. Payment is by card or check once the work is done. The earliest emergency window is today, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. I've opened ticket CPL-58210 for 1480 Larkspur Avenue, unit 4D. Do you agree to the $99 callout and the 2:00 to 4:00 window? If so, I'll book it now. Before I do, I need two things from you:

1. Is there a gate code or any access instructions for the building? 2. Is 503-555-0139 the best number to reach you?

CUSTOMERI was hoping someone could come before 2:00 PM. Is there any way to get an earlier emergency window? If not, I'll take that slot. Yes, there's a gate code. It's #2 And yes, the best number is 503-555-0193. Who will be coming, and how will I know when they're on the way?

AGENTI checked and 2:00 to 4:00 PM today is the earliest emergency window available, so I can't offer anything sooner. Since the water is off, you're in a stable spot until then. You gave me two versions of your phone number: 503-555-0139 earlier, and 503-555-0193 just now. Which is the right one? I want the technician to reach you. I don't have a technician's name or an on-my-way notification system to give you, and I won't guess at either. The technician will use your callback number when they're headed over, so keep your phone close. Once you confirm the number, I'll book the 2:00 to 4:00 PM window at the $99 member callout.

CUSTOMERSorry, the correct number is 503-555-0193. That's the one to use. Yes, please go ahead and book the 2 to 4 PM window. Window at $99. Can you repeat the ticket number, please? I want to be sure I have it.

AGENTThe ticket I opened has the older number on it, so I'll book the window now and then correct the callback number.

AGENTThe system

CUSTOMEROkay, that's fine.

CUSTOMER嗯,好。

AGENTYou're booked. Here's everything:

- Ticket numberCPL-58210

-

CUSTOMERSorry, could you repeat that? I didn't catch what you said.

AGENTYour visit is booked. Here it is again:

- Ticket numberCPL-58210

-

CUSTOMERGot it. CPL-58— Could you finish the ticket number?

AGENTYour ticket number is C-P-L, 5-8-2-1-0. That's CPL-58210.

CUSTOMERUh-huh, CPL-5— Could you give me the rest of the ticket number?

AGENTThe full number is CPL-58210: C-P-L, then

CUSTOMERYes, that's CPL-58210.

Insurance

AGENTNorthgate Mutual claims, this is Alex. Are you somewhere safe right now?

CUSTOMERYes, I am safe. I am standing next to my car in a cafe parking lot.

AGENTI'm glad you're safe. Is anyone hurt, including you, any passengers, or anyone in the other vehicle? If anyone is injured or in danger, please call 911 first, and we can continue afterward. If no one is hurt, I'll need your policy number and last name so I can verify your policy.

CUSTOMERSure, my last name is Mehta. The policy number is NG4471903. No, sorry, last one is 2, so NG4471902.

AGENTThank you. I'll verify that with the corrected number, NG4471902.

AGENTThank you, Mr. Mehta. I've verified policy NG4471902 for your 2021 Honda CR-V. I also want to confirm that no one is injured, including you,

CUSTOMERYes, that's right. Nobody is injured, neither me nor the other driver.

AGENTThat's good to hear. Now I need some details about the accident. 1. When did it happen (date and approximate time)? 2. Where did it happen? You mentioned a cafe parking lot, so the cafe's name and address would help. 3. What happened?

CUSTOMERThe accident happened about 20 minutes ago. I was stopped at a red light at SE 5th Avenue and Alder Street. The other car hit the back of my car while I was waiting. I moved the car I drove my car to the cafe parking lot afterward. I do not remember the cafe's exact name or address, but it is near that intersection. Nobody is hurt, but the back bumper is crushed and the rear wheel is rubbing, so I cannot drive the car.

AGENTThanks, that helps. The accident was at SE 5th Avenue and Alder Street, and the car is now in a cafe parking lot nearby. Since the rear wheel is rubbing and the bumper is crushed, I can arrange a tow. First I need a few details about the other driver:

1. The other driver's name

2. Their insurance company

3. Their license plate number

4. Whether police came to the scene, and if so, any report number

For the tow, I need a location the driver can find. If you don't know the cafe's name or address, a cross street or a landmark visible from the lot would work. Is there a sign or street address you can see from where you're standing? What phone number should the tow driver use to reach you?

CUSTOMERThe other driver's name is Kevin Lund. He is insured with Pacific Shore. The license plate number is 7KX, like x-ray, R2Y. Police did not come to the scene, so there is no report number. For the tow, I am at the corner of SE 5th Avenue and Alder Street, right next to the intersection. There is a cafe here, but I cannot see the name. The tow driver can reach me at my phone number, which is 1907-416-6728.

AGENTBefore I read anything back, two things need confirming. The phone number came through as "1907-416-6728", which doesn't sound like a standard number. Could you repeat it digit by digit? Here's the plate as I understood it: 7-K-X-R-2-Y, which is "7KX" plus "R2Y". Is that correct? In the meantime, I'll check your coverage so I can tell you what your policy says about towing.

CUSTOMERSure, my phone number is 190-741-66728, and the license plate is 7KX, like x-ray, R2Y. 2-1-4. So the last 2 digits are 1-4, not Y.

AGENTLet me make sure I have both of these right. License plate: 7-K-X-R-2-1-4. The last two characters are 1 and 4, not Y. Is that correct? Phone number: What I heard was 190-741-66728, which has one digit too many for a standard 10-digit number. Could you say it again slowly, a few digits at a time? I want the tow driver to be able to reach you. Your policy covers towing up to 25 miles. If you have a repair

CUSTOMERYes, that's correct. On the license plate, 7KX, like x-ray, R214. The last 2 are 1 and 4. My phone number is 190-741-66728. That is 10 digits. Could you confirm if you got it right this time?

AGENTYou're right to ask. Counting 190-741-66728 again, it's 11 digits: 190 (3), 741 (3), 66728 (5). A standard number has 10, so one digit is probably extra or wrong. I don't want to send the tow driver a number that won't connect. Could you give it to me in groups of three, pausing between them? The plate is confirmed as 7KX R214, which is 7-K-X-R-2-1-4. In the meantime, I'll open the claim and dispatch the tow using the intersection as the location, since the tow driver can still find you there. I'll add the phone number once we sort it out.

CUSTOMERAll right, let me say it in groups of 3. 190-741-66728. That is my phone And yes, the plate is 7KX, like x-ray, R214. Let me know if that works for the tow driver.

CUSTOMERHello?

AGENTYes, I'm here, sorry for the pause. Your claim is open. Here are the details to check:

- Claim numberNGM-904417

- Policy numberNG4471902

- Other driver's license plate7-K-X-R-2-1-4

- AdjusterPriya Shah, who will contact you within

CUSTOMERAll right, I have noted the claim number, NGM-904417, and policy number, NG4471902. The other driver's license plate is 7-K-X-R-2-1-4. driver's plate is 7KX, like x-ray, R214. Adjuster Priya Shah will contact me. Could you tell me how much I will have to pay? Will Will I get a rental car and is my premium going to go up? Also, where will the car be taken for repairs?

AGENTThose numbers all match what I have. Here are your questions, using only what your policy shows:

What you'll payYour

CUSTOMEROkay, go ahead. What is the amount I need to pay? And about the rental car and repairs, kindly let me know.

AGENTHere is what your policy shows. What you pay: Your collision deductible is $500. Because the other driver hit you, the final cost to you depends on how the claim is resolved, and I can't say more than that. Priya Shah, your adjuster, can explain it. Rental

CUSTOMERBut he hit me, so I should not have to pay that, right? Will I get a rental car while mine is being repaired? And where will the car be taken for repairs? Will my premium go up?

AGENTWill you have to pay? Your policy has a $500 collision deductible. I can't promise you won't owe it. Whether it's waived or refunded depends on how fault is decided and what the other driver's insurer, Pacific Shore, does, and that's for your adjuster to determine. Priya Shah will

AGENTcontact you within one business day to go over it. Rental car: Yes, your policy includes rental reimbursement of $40 per day for up to 30 days, starting from the day the claim was opened. If a rental costs more than $40 a day, you would pay the difference. Repairs: The tow truck is taking your CR-V to our partner repair shop at 9th and Morrison. Towing is covered up to 25 miles. I don't have a repair timeline, so Priya can go over that with you. Premium: I don't have any information on how this claim could affect your premium, and I won't guess. Priya or your agent can speak to that. Your phone number: I still don't have a working number for you. Could you read it to me one digit at a time? Priya will need it to reach you, and I can add it to the claim. Eastside Towing should arrive in about 45 minutes, so please stay with the car until they do.
